Thank you for shopping with Farmington Valley Cigar. We take pride in carefully packaging and shipping every order to ensure your cigars and accessories arrive in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on order processing, delivery, and restrictions.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

During special releases, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $199 (before tax and after discounts).

Orders under $199 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on package weight, carrier, and destination.

We primarily ship through UPS and USPS, depending on your region and the nature of your order.

Expedited and overnight options may be available for an additional fee.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States where the sale and shipment of tobacco products are legally permitted.

Please note:

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, or international destinations.

Orders to states or municipalities with tobacco shipping restrictions may be cancelled and refunded.

4. Age Verification

Federal law requires that tobacco products only be sold and shipped to adults aged 21 or older.

By placing an order, you certify that:

You are at least 21 years of age.

The person receiving the delivery will be at least 21 years of age and provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

All tobacco shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. If a package is returned due to a failed age verification or delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location:

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)

While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, Farmington Valley Cigar cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

6. Weather Considerations

Extreme weather (heat, humidity, or freezing temperatures) can affect cigar quality.

To protect your order, we may delay shipments during severe weather conditions. If you request immediate shipment during such times, Farmington Valley Cigar cannot be held responsible for weather-related damage once the order has left our facility.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packing all orders securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at FarmingtonValleyCigar@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.

Farmington Valley Cigar is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
